Returns
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns are accepted only from customers in the United Kingdom for products purchased directly from our online store.

Please wait for our return shipping label and instructions before sending your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@porolongdrink.com if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
